FRENCH FOOD SAMPLING     Mardi Gras

 On Tuesday 20^th Feb,  year 9 students took part in a celebration of Mardi Gras in which we talked about tradtions of the festival and sampled some ‘crepes au chocolat’ – chocolate pancakes and ‘crepes an citron’ – lemon pancakes and ‘crepes sucrees’ – sugar pancakes. The ‘crepes sucrees’ were very popular and were very much enjoyed by all the students.
