Our Open Day was great, very well attended, with lots of hands on visitors from P7s and P6s.  Shimna staff, students and governors were all on hand to ensure everyone found the subjects they really wanted to visit, and found the right person to answer their questions.  The buns were delicious and everyone managed to make their way round the building work, happy in the knowledge that we will have a perfect, new roof and wonderful home economics kitchens when the new students arrive in September.  Any family who were not able to attend on Saturday are very welcome to contact the college to arrange a visit, or to ring if they have any queries about the application procedure.
